We all need sleep. We all don’t get enough sleep. But you have to keep in mind—sleep is just as vital as breathing. Your body needs time to repair and restore, and the only way to do that is to stop using it so much! It’s like fixing a car. You’ve got to park it for a while if you want it running purr-fectly again. 💤🚗

So, this is my opinion.
Sleep. Sleep as much as your circumstances allow. Don’t rush to start your day—enjoy your sleep every time you can! Try to associate sleep with good memories. Put on some nice music before bed, take a relaxing bath like I do, let go of any negative thoughts, and enjoy some well-deserved calmness. 😴🛁✨

Yep, we cats have a wide vocabulary. But let’s be real—it’s just meow to you! 😸 We’ve got soft meows for greetings, loud ones when we want something, chirpy meows when we're excited, demanding ones when we want attention, whiny ones when we need reassurance, and purring meows when we're totally content!
